JUDGMENT 1. Following Tirumal Rao v. Syed Dastaghiri Miyah I.L.R. (1898) M. 286 we must hold that the District Judge was wrong in the view that Section 310-A of the Code does not apply to the case. The District Judge had no jurisdiction, We must reverse the order.
