JUDGMENT 1. The temple committee is a legal entity appointed under a statute. No provision is made in that statute for a majority suing on behalf of the wnole, and we are not aware of any case in which it has been held they can do so The suit was therefore rightly dismissed. The second appeal is dismissed with costs.
