JUDGMENT 1. There is no point of law in this appeal. The only ground taken before us is that the learned District Judge was wrong in preferring the thak to the survey map. But he was quite entitled to do so if he thought that the thak was more reliable than the survey map ; and he was come to this conclusion and given good reasons for doing so. There is therefore no ground for our interfering with the decision of the District Judge; and we dismiss this appeal with costs. This decision also governs second appeal No. 1923 of 1898, which is likewise dismissed with costs.
