JUDGMENT : KNOX, J. 1. This purports to be a reference under section 195 of the N.W.P. Tenancy Act of 1901. That section empowers a Court which entertains a doubt as to whether an appeal should be filed either in a Civil or a Revenue Court to submit the record to this Court with a statement of reasons for doubt. 2. In the present case no such case arises. The doubt which the learned Additional Judge entertains is whether or not any appeal lies at all from the order of the Assistant Collector in the execution department and not any doubt as to the forum. We decline to record any opinion and direct that the record be returned.
