JUDGMENT Maclean, C.J. - I think the point of law raised upon this appeal, namely, If a Hindu widow transfers her Interest to the then reversioner the reversioner can hold the property against the person who is the reversioner when the widow dies, is concluded by authority which is binding upon us. It is sufficient to refer" to the case of Gunga Pershad Kur v. Shumbhoo Nath Burmun 22 W. R. 393 (1874). which was affirmed on appeal, and the Full Bench case of Nobo Kishore Sarma Roy v. Hari Nath Sarma Roy I. L. R. 10. Cal. 1102 (1884). The appeal fails and must be dismissed with costs. Holmwood, J. I agree.
