JUDGMENT Munro, J. 1. Under Section 10 of the Succession Certificate Act a District Court can only extend a certificate on the application of the holder of the certificate. The District Judge had, therefore, no jurisdiction to grant extension to a parson not the holder of a certificate. This order is, therefore, set aside with costs in both Courts.
