JUDGMENT Harington A.C.J. and Mookherjee, JJ. - We think that the deposit of Government Securities amounting to Rs. 4,000 comes within the express words of the rule requiring the deposit of Government Securities "to the extent of Rs. 4,000." The security must be accepted.
