JUDGMENT Stephen, J. - This Court being of opinion that the said Beni Madhab Banerjee was entitled to certified copies of the notes of the said Third Presidency Magistrate in the said case, it is ordered that the said records be kept until further orders with the Registrar of this Court and it is further ordered that the said applicant Beni Madhab Banerjee be at liberty to take copies of the notes of the said Magistrate appearing in such records.
