ORDER Munro, J. 1. I doubt if the order of the Magistrate can be considered a "decision" under Section 145, Criminal Procedure Code, and, that being so, costs could not be awarded under Section 148 of the Criminal Procedure Code. The order as to costs is set aside, and the costs, if paid, will be refunded.
