JUDGMENT Lawrence H. Jenkins, K.C.I.E. C.J. and N.R. Chatterjea, JJ. - The right of appeal in proceedings before the Court under the Land Acquisition Act of 1894 is defined by Section 51. Therefore we have to see whether the order, of which complaint is now made, is an award or any part of an award. That has not been and could not be contended, and therefore no appeal lies. We mast accordingly dismiss the appeal with costs.
