JUDGMENT 1. We do not think the judgment can be said to satisfy the requirements of Order XLI, Rule 31 of the Civil Procedure Code either in substance or in form. We must set aside the decree of the lower Appellate Court and send the case back to be disposed of according to law. Costs will abide the event.
