JUDGMENT Jenkins, C.J. - In my opinion the Rule should be discharged. The Judge of the Small Cause Court finds on the evidence before him that the Rules under which the Railway Company acted were made sanctioned and published as prescribed by sec. 47 of the Indian Railways Act, 1890, and in the circumstances no case arises for the exercise of our powers of revision. The applicant should pay the costs of the application which we assess at one gold mohur. N.R. Chatterjea, J. I agree.
