JUDGMENT Chaudhuri, J. - Let the judgment be entered up against the insolvent. Balchand Surana in this Court in its original jurisdiction in the name oil the Official Assignee for the amount of the debts mentioned in the schedule filed herein and costs of this application be paid out of the assets of the estate.
