Viscount Haldane:- In this appeal their Lordships see no reason to delay their recommendation to His Majesty. The case has been very fully opened, and on the points argued, their Lordships do not find any reason to differ from the conclusions arrived at by the High Court. They will, therefore, humbly advise His Majesty that the appeal should be dismissed with costs. Appeal dismissed.
