JUDGMENT 1. The hatchita in dispute in this case is an extremely informal document. It is virtually a mere memorandum of the loan. Evidence was therefore rightly admitted to show-the rate of interest u/s 92 Sub-section (2) of the Evidence Act. 2.This appeal is dismissed with costs.
