JUDGMENT 1. A preliminary objection has been taken to the hearing of this application that no application for review is allowable where the decree was given in an appeal u/s 10 of the Letters Patent. It was so held in the case of Hafiz Muhammad Mohsin v. Sheo Prasad 1 A.L.J. 509. This decision is binding on us. We accordingly reject the application with costs.
