JUDGMENT 1. This appeal must be dismissed, No special appeal lies to this Court having regard to the provisions of Section 153 of the Bengal Tanancy Act. The only question decided in the suit is, whether the relationship of landlord and tenant exists. The appeal is accordingly dismissed with costs.
