JUDGMENT Stuart, J. - The learned Sessions Judge has misapprehended the scope of the section. An accused person who, during the hearing of a case, makes an impertinent threat to a witness in the box, has clearly committed an offence u/s 228. I refuse to interfere and return the papers.
