Lord Shaw:- These are appeals from one judgment and two decrees dated the 15th July 1918, of the Court of the Judicial Commissioner at Ouah, which partly affirmed and partly reversed a judgment and two decrees of the 3rd December 1914, of the Subordinate Judge of Sitapur. It has become quite apparent that the issues of fact which they raise are all, under the practice of the Board, excluded from review, they having been the subject of definite concurrent findings in the Courts below. This well-established rule of the Board would to be violated in order to enable any conclusion contrary to that reached in the Courts below to be even attempted. Thier lordships are of opinion that no cause has been shown for upsetting the judgments appealed from; and they will humbly advise his Majesty that those decrees shall stand affirmed and that the appeals shall be dismissed with costs. Appeal dismissed.
