JUDGMENT Walsh, Acting C.J. and Ryves, J. - We agree with the decision in In re Sellamuthu Servai ILR 1923 Mad. 87, which fully supports this decision. There is also a decision of this Court in Bawan Das v. Chiene ILR 1921 All. 316, to the same effect. The appeal must therefore be dismissed with costs.
