JUDGMENT 2. It is clear that the provisions of Section 360 of the Criminal Procedure Code were not complied with in the present inquiry. The order passed by the learned Magistrate is accordingly set aside, and further inquiry directed-such inquiry to be held by some Magistrate other than the Magistrate who bad dealt with the case.
