JUDGMENT 1. After the record was sent for and received, the learned Sessions Judge ought to have heard the Pleader and ought not to have dismissed the appeal summarily without hearing him. The order dismissing the appeal summarily is accordingly set aside and the appeal is sent back to him to be re-heard according to law.
