ORDER Jackson, J. 1. There is no provision in law by which the Sessions Judge can direct the Additional. District Magistrate to prefer a complaint under Section 476-13, Criminal P. C. The Superior Court may it-self make the complaint. 2. The order of the Sessions Judge is accordingly cancelled.
