ORDER Lakshmana Rao, J. 1. Section 397, Criminal P.C., is not applicable to sentences of detention Under Section 8, Madras Borstal Schools Act and the direction that the sentence of detention in this case should commence after the expiration of the previous sentence of detention is illegal. The direction that the sentence in this case should commence after the previous sentence of detention is therefore set aside.
