Judgement ORDER:- There is no provision of law empowering the court to award compensation to an acquitted accused out of the fine imposed on a convicted accused and the order of the Honorary Presidency Magistrate is unsustainable. It is therefore set aside and the compensation, if paid, to the second accused will be recovered. Order set aside.
