ORDER Lakshmana Rao, J. 1. The view of the Sub-Magistrate that the accidents register is a privileged document is erroneous and his refusal to send for it on that ground is unsustainable. The order of the Sub-Magistrate is therefore set aside and the register will be sent for, if still required.
