JUDGMENT Lakshmana Rao, J. 1. The conviction under Section 75 of the City Police Act is no bar to the trial for an offence und Sections 323 and 352 of the Indian Penal Code and the evidence justifies the conviction of the petitioners. The fines are not excessive and the revision is dismissed.
