ORDER Lakshmana Rao, J. 1. The signature of the petitioner; in the forwarding note does not necessarily prove that he was in possession of the goods and his conviction under Section 486, I.P.C., cannot be sustained. It is therefore set aside and the fine if levied will be refunded.
