The offence under Section 341, Indian Penal Code, is involved in the offence of unlawful assembly and the separate sentence of fine under Section 341, Indian Penal Code, is not called for. The sentence of fine under Section 341, Indian Penal Code, is therefore set aside and otherwise this petition is dismissed.
