ORDER Lakshmana Rao, J. 1. The marking of an irrelevant document in evidence is not a ground for ordering retrial and the order of the Sub-Divisional Magistrate cannot be sustained. It is therefore set aside and the Sub-Divisional Magistrate will dispose of the appeal in accordance with law.
