ORDER Lakshmana Rao, J. 1. The Sub-Magistrate has in effect found the accused guilty of the offence under Section 207 of the Madras Local Boards Act and the acquittal of the accused on the ground that the result of his objection petition was not communicated to him is unsustainable. The acquittal is therefore set aside and there will be a re-trial of the accused in accordance with law.
