ORDER Edgley, J. - This reference is accepted for the reasons set forth in the letter of reference dated 9th March 1940. The order convicting the accused persons dated 27th January 1940 is set aside. The fine, if already paid, will be refunded. The money found on the person of the accused will also be refunded.
