ORDER Lakshmana Rao, J. 1. The respondent claimed to be in possession of the entire village and the Joint Magistrate has declared him to be entitled to possession of an undivided 5-8ths of the village. This is not permissible under Section 145 of the Criminal Procedure Code and the order declaring the respondent to be entitled to possession of 5-8ths of the village is set aside.
