ORDER Horwill, J. 1. Section 106 of the Criminal Procedure Code permits of the passing of an order under that section at the time of passing sentence. It is not therefore necessary that either the trial Court or the appellate Court should call upon the accused to show cause why he should not be bound over. 2. The sentence is very moderate. The petition is dismissed.
