JUDGMENT Edgley, J. - Official Receiver is directed not to charge commission on the corpus of the said sum of Rs. 20,000 and the amount of commission already charged is to be readily refunded. The following clause will be incorporated in the decree passed herein on November 17, 1947. The Official Receiver will not be entitled to charge any commission on the corpus of the aid sum of Rs, 20,030 but will charge his commission only on the interest to be realised from the securities to be invented as aforesaid. The Official Receiver will act on Counsel's endorsement.
