ORDER :- This petition is filed on behalf of the 4 petitioners in whose names the land in question belonging to Deity Pakhangba stands mutated as Shebaits. They have prayed for the grant of a sale certificate so that they may be able to exchange this land with another, a better one, as they say being on a high level it does not bring any profit to the Deity. 2. The law of the State does not provide that any such certificate can be granted summarily. According to D.R. No. 4 of 1917 read with No. 6-A of 25-7-31 permission of Court is required for the sale of minors landed property by his guardian, or in the case of a childless widow when she wants to dispose of property left by her husband. This prayer does not come within the ambit of the above resolution. No such certificate as prayed for can be granted. This application is rejected. Application rejected.
