Bapna, J.—Heard Mr. Mahaveer Singh. The report of the Medical Officer Central Jail, shows that the petitioner Mod Singh is suffering from Pleurisy with effusion and the Medical Officers opinion is that he needed special care and proper treatment. In view of the serious nature of the illness and the opinion of the doctor, he is released on bail on his furnishing a bond in the sum of Rs. 2000/- and sureties of Rs. 2000/- each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge Balotra to attend on the date of hearing and subsequent days when called upon by the Court.
