Judgment :- 1. Notice will be issued in the second appeal to all the defendants in the court below, irrespective of the question whether any of them is exparte or not. This is the practice that was obtaining in the Travancore-Cochin High Court and it will be followed. In the matter of payment of batta for service of summonses on defendants and service of notices on respondents also the rules prevalent in the Travancore-Cochin area will be followed.
