JUDGMENT : 1. In view of the decision of the Supreme Court in Raj Lakshmi Dasi v. Banemali Sen (A.I.R 1953 S.C. 33) it follows that the view of both the subordinate courts that the decision hi L.A.C. No. 8 of 1105 evidenced by Ext. 1 is resjudicata in these proceedings is correct. In this view the second appeal fails and is dismissed with costs, one set. No leave. Dismissed.
