ORDER The order of the Court was made by RAMASWAMI, J. - This matter is coming on for being mentioned. It is brought to our notice that in page 5 of our judgment, in line 2, instead of the words "is not be included", the words are typed as "to be included", omitting the word "not". It is obviously a mistake. We, accordingly, substitute the words "not to be included", in the place of the words "to be included". The sentence therefore should read : "It may be mentioned that there is no dispute in this case and it is also well-settled that for the purpose of determining the total turnover under section 7, the turnover relating to inter-State sales is not to be included."
