Judgment :- 1. This is a civil revision petition against the order of the learned District Munsif, Ramanathapuram, dismissing the petition to stay the suit under S. 10, C.P.C., pending disposal of an enquiry before the District Collector, Ramanathapuram. The District Collector is not a Court nor the proceedings pending before him a suit within the meaning of the C.P.C. Therefore, the provisions of S. 10 C.P.C. are not applicable. 2. Hence, the civil revision petition is dismissed with costs.
