JUDGMENT S. K. Kaul, J. It is not disputed that charge sheet given in this case was submitted after the period of sixty days. On this ground alone the applicant will be enlarged on bail subject to his f furnishing bail bonds and sureties to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Faizabad. 11 may, however be mentioned that it will be open to the prosecution subsequently to move for cancellation if it so feels and that point still be gone because I am not considering the question on merits for granting bail in the instant case.
