S. 171,419,468,471, 120B, IPC pending in the court of Munsif & Judicial Magistrate, Nasirabad. 3. FIR No. 504/75 u/s. S. 171, 419, 468, 471, 120B, IPC pending in the court of Munsif & Judicial. Magistrate No. 2 Alwar City. 4. FIR No. 495/75, u/s. Pending in the court of Munsif & Judicial Magistrate, Bhilwara. 2. It has been contended on behalf of the accused-applicant that the trial of these cases has not proceeded despite the fact that the accused-applicant has been in judicial custody for the last about 2 years. It has been contended in the interest of justice and for expeditious disposal of these cases it would be appropriate if all these four cases are tried at one place. Reliance was placed on section 219, Cr. P.C., 1973. 3. The learned public prosecutor was heard. He has no objection if the cases, of Ajmer, Nasirabad & Bhilwara are tried at Ajmer and the case pending in the court at Alwar is kept at Alwar itself. 4. Having heard the learned counsel for the accused-applicant and the learned public prosecutor, and having persued the record I am of the considered opinion that for the expeditious disposal of these cases it would be in the interest of justice if the cases pending in the court at Nasirabad and Bhilwara are tried at Ajmer and the case pending in the court at Alwor is also tried at Alwar. All three cases are hereby ordered to be transferred to the learned Sessions Judge, Ajmer who would assign these cases to the competent Court for disposal according to law. The application of the accused-applicant is allowed as stated above. 5. The accused-applicant and the jail authorities be informed accordingly. *******
