JUDGMENT : May be there is some force in the contention urged by the petitioner but we are not in the least inclined to grant leave under Article 136. 2. A minor point has been raised that even if the promotion of the peon as Clerk were to be sustained, service seniority should commence from a later date than has been now granted. So far as this matter in concerned the petitioner will be free to make a representation to the Government which, if made, will be duly disposed of on merit by the State. Dismissed. Petition dismissed.
