Babulal Gupta v. State of M. P.

1977-10-17

K.K.DUBE, SHIVDAYAL

body1977
Short Note : 1. The petition was directed against the order of the State Government by which the Class- III services in the Panchayat and Social Welfare Department of the Government were bifurcated into State cadre and District cadre after the States Reorganization and thereby affecting the service conditions of the petitioner to his detriment. 2. The petitioner made representation against the bifurcation of the cadre and his allocation to the District cadre to the Central Government. The representation is still pending. The petitioner has not made the Central Government a party to this petition. This Court, is therefore unable to direct the Central Government to dispose of his representation soon. Since the petitioner's representation is pending before the Central Government, this Court thinks that this petition would be premature and must be dismissed on that score. Petition dismissed.
