JUDGMENT H.N. Agarwal, Member. - This is a revision against the judgment of Sri Banwari Lal, Additional Commissioner, Faizabad Division, Faizabad dated February 5, 1977 in a case under Section 134, U.P.Z.A. and L.R. Act. 2. The learned counsel for the revisionists has invited attention to Section 73 of the U.P. Land Laws (Amendment Act 1977 U.P. Act No. VIII of 1977) according to which all proceedings arising under Section 134 of U.P.Z.A. and L.R. Act shall abate. He has further referred to the decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Shanker v. Krishnaji, AIR 1970 S.C. 1 according to which the order of the inferior Court merges with the order made in revision or appeal by the Superior Court. 3. Accordingly this revision alongwith the original proceedings shall abate under Section 73 of the U.P. Land Law (Amendment) Act, 1977.
