Short Note : This Court is clearly of the view tint on account of the defective sampling of the milk the conviction of the applicant for the offence under section 16 (1) (a) (i) read with section 7 (i) of the prevention of Food Adulteration Act cannot be substained Babulal v. State, 1976 FAJ 81 relied on. Revision allowed.
