Short Note : 1. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, this Court has come to the conclusion that this revision petition deserves to be allowed on the short ground that the lower appellate Court acted illegally and with material irregularity in the exercise of its jurisdiction in proceeding to determine the appeal preferred by the plaintiff on merits without giving an opportunity to the defendant-applicants for amending their written statement and their reply to the application for temporary injunction after having granted leave to the plaintiff to amend her plaint. Case remanded to the trial Court. Revision allowed.
