Short Note : 1. This brings the Court to the last contention raised by the learned counsel for the applicant with reference to non-compliance of the provisions of section 38 of the M.P. Land Revenue Code. This question is a mixed question of law and fact. Admittedly, it was not raised before the trial Court. It was also not raised before the Additional District Judge, and the applicant cannot be permitted for the first time to raise that question in this revision. There is no foundation on which the argument can be built up on this count. Revision dismissed.
