Short Note : 1. The sole contention raised by the learned counsel in the revision was that the document sued upon bond dated 20-4-1966 had been materially interpolated in order to extend limitation for present suit. Held : It is settled that in case of alteration or correction in any document the presumption is that it was there before it was executed, unless there was any evidence to the contrary. In the instant case the presumption has been corroborated by evidence of the plaintiff and his witnesses Prabhudayal v. Jagannath Prasad, 1971 MPLJ SN &1 relied on. Revision dismissed.
